Review summary

We purchased the ultimate arcade package and the card could access everything in the arcade so we assumed it was good to go! We had no idea that the ultimate arcade card was only for certain coloured games! This was never explained to us when we purchase this through our travel agent!It shouldn’t have or it should’ve been clearly explain to us. I also took my kids off of my credit card but the ship errored and continued to allow them to charge things on my credit card through the arcade. When I brought this up to the casino he said he would take care of it and he never did we had to go to guest services several times and take the credit card off and they still continue to charge! We went to the casino again and he said he would handle it and on the second day that the cruise told us there was nothing he could do!

Speciality dining was fantastic MDR extremely poor service and blah food It was so loud in there we couldn’t understand the waiter at all. I had to call matre dee over ti help and that too was pointless. Savor and Taste was a bit better but not worth what we were paying. Menus were the same boring food. Buffet BLAH

Main atrium is where they did everything - should used another venue! Too loud and nit very enjoyable Ropes course was great and staff there were great Not family oriented game shows at all

Sound in the theatre was very poor and could not make out what they were singing or saying! Not family oriented at All! Lots of people got up and walked out - we should have too! Total waste of time Out if 3 comedians only one was great and he had a line up every night

Our steward Carlos was fantastic The bar tender up at spice h2o was fantastic The guy at Starbucks was fantastic The washy wasn’t guys in the buffet and must of buffet stay were great Otherwise extreme poor and rude service

Wow! People really did not read my post - we are not mad about the arcade - we are mad the way NCL passed the buck, and the customer service and food were not great except for the specialty dining. Maybe people need to read the whole post before commenting. By the way we spoke with other people in the same cruise and they too had the same experience minus the arcade and they too will not be doing NCL again. Great Customer service and good quality food is what you should expect on a cruise ship!

You’re mad NCL for an arcade package you purchased through your travel agent with no information. That is not NCLs fault. That is your travel agents fault for not explaining it. Also the $ you spent on taste and savor? Those are free. Can’t blame NCL for your kids spending money. They should have turned the cards off yes, but, you can also check your spending in your cabin on the tv 24/7.

I can’t imagine being so upset about a video game card or even playing video games on a cruise ship since there are so many better things to do on the ship. As far as charges the kids made, that’s on the kids or you, not the ship.

I'm sorry but that's bull malarkey on the ship's and casino's part. The game card should have been explained to you. And more so, if someone's name IS NOT authorized to sign then to allow it to happen is not the ship's shoulders not yours. ESPECIALLY the second one you should fight.
