Big ship, average to poor entertainment, good food. Pool facilities are lacking for a ship of this size.
Embarkation

Smooth, well-organized
Ship experiences
Food and Dining
5 out of 5
Food was great in all venues. Least favorite was Moderno (Brazilian steakhouse) because of slow service. Best specialty restaurant was Teppanaki. Great food and great entertainment by chefs! Main dining rooms and buffet had good food with lots of variety.
Onboard Activities
2 out of 5
Onboard entertainment in main theater was not as good as other cruise lines. Needed more variety. Pools were generally overcrowded. Pool entertainment was weak. Same Jimmy Buffet movie shown at pool all week. Offer more movies onboard especially on days of poor weather. Atrium entertainment was sometimes poor. (Do we really need a story hour for kids with only 5 kids attending? Save that for the day care.)
Entertainment
2 out of 5
Not enough variety. Comedians were not funny. After Midnight play was well-done but lacked a theme. Choir of Man was outstanding.
Service and Staff
4 out of 5
Waiters were awesome in all restaurants. Room steward was average.
Ship Quality
4 out of 5
Layout and design was ok. Common areas were kept clean and well maintained. Main theater lacked dazzle we've seen on other lines.
Cabin / Stateroom
3 out of 5
Couch backed up to closet doors made getting in and out of the closet a real pain! Poor design for sure. More storage space needed.
Ship tip
Big ship but the crowd is generally handled well. Quality of entertainment not as good as other lines we've used.
XCaret Eco park was fabulous. I did not do the river swim but wish I would have. The river is not enclosed for most of the swim. Time allowed at park was perfect. Great excursion.
I am always surprised when people complain about pools on a cruise ship being crowded. They could have 12 pools on the ship, and they would still be crowded. You can’t have a huge, heavy water-filled cavity on the very top of a cruise ship without there being stability and safety issues. By design, the pools are limited in size.
