Excellent experience on Norwegian Breakaway. Only suggestion is on day of disembarkment, leave as early as possible to avoid long lines and waiting to go through customs.

When using the elevators, hit up or down on both buttons on each side of the hallway. You will have a better chance of getting an elevator. Also, wake up early if you want a better chance at getting chairs near the pool deck and main bar.

explore the ship before it leaves port, try to know the lay out. The main dinning room gets crowed after 6 pm so be prepared to wait for a seat and the service is somewhat slow, if you have young children withyou get them something to eat first before dinner

Be on a lower deck so you can disembark easily. Get to dinner early so you sit fast and know the layout so you don't waste time running around like a chicken with its head cut off.

The Breakaway is a "Family" friendly ship. All the children (7 cousins) had a ball and loved it. They have memories to last a lifetime of their time together. BUT If you're a couple, I suggest looking into another ship.

Have a positive attitude and be willing to change plans at the last minute of needed. Keep an open mind and you will have a fantastic experience.
