We really enjoyed the cruise. The staff were very pleasant and accommodating. I can’t say enough nice things about our experience it was wonderful.

Always sail NCL. It's easy, very casual and laid back. Freestyle dining is the way to go.

We have cruised 10 times and this by far was the worst cruise we have taken. The cruise was changed. Times in port were changed and excursion times were changed. We always felt special and it was truly a luxury experience on all of our cruises! This cruise missed this mark, sadly.

We loved all the food and drink and entertainment. The staff was perfect and friendly and helpful. The ship disappointed in that the huge water slide was never open, the smaller ones were barely open and the water in both the pools and hot tubs was barely warm. We did not enjoy that part of the ship much. The ports were another issue. One port in Maine cancelled right before trip and we were not happy about that. Wanted to see Acadia Natl. Park. The other trips were okay, but some we barely had time due to changes in scheduling.

We were very disappointed in many of the things we experienced on this cruise. We do give them credit for having hand scooped ice cream and a great pool and slide area. The kids loved the ropes course.

It was a very enjoyable relaxing cruise. My husband and I loved the adventures on this cruise. Enjoyed the excursions. Except for the one guide but they were very educational.

Definitely a nice cruise overall. Norwegian has the best crew and do all they can to make you laugh and happy

Was a good cruise with my parents and siblings. Ports were blah, spa was great, schedule of activities and hot tubs could use some work.

Weather was perfect all around, enjoyed it immensely.

Very professional, courteous and attentive crew. Ship was spotless. Kosher food was fair if I am being generous. Premium internet was a ripoff. Spotty service and below par.

Bed-bad. Food-bad. Nickel and diming-bad. $10.00 for limited selection of mostly unheard of movies (Each). Really?! How much does this actually cost NCL? "Free" tv channels (other than news) just keeps re-running same shows. No, i didn't go on cruise to watch TV, but come on... tiny TV that is way offset from bed. They also started charging $5 for coffee delivery in the morning (family "suite"). Make that $6..don't forget the 18% automated gratuity for delivering the wrong order at the wrong time. DON'T apply "world points" to your onboard account. If you don't use them all, you lose them. Your only recourse is to go buy a bunch of overpriced shop items that could be purchased elsewhere cheaper (if you wanted them at all). We were screwed out of $650.00. We could have used it to pay our normal credit card bill but not now. But isn't this exactly what the cruise line wants? Of course it is. We were TOLD it was refundable. Small print says otherwise. Thanks NCL. Princess...good food, excellent entertainment, massive free movie selection, free continental breakfast delivery. 2 big screen tvs (comparable room). First cruise on ncl 9/14/1986...Last cruise (ever) on ncl 9/8/2024

We were very impressed with how organized the NCL Breakaway is on everything from start to finish. Very apparent that this ship is vey well managed and all the staff we encountered were super friendly and helpful!

ship is scheduled for dry dock in Feb and it shows that it needs it, but nothing interfered with our cruise. we just overlooked the torn carpets and stained furniture. go with a smile and relax and enjoy yourself!

There is something to do on the ship every single day! In my opinion, cruising is the ONLY way to vacation.

On this cruise, my husband purchased unlimited internet package with streaming services. The internet service was poor and the devices using internet needed to be by the door. While at sea on the evenings of 8/29, 8/30, and 8/31, the ship's router was down as well and we had no internet service at all. I went to guest information on deck on 8/30 to complain about the lack of internet despite paying for the internet package, but was told the IT manager was not working at the time and to return when the manager was working. On 8/31, I went to the IT department this time to complain of the lack of internet. The staff member assisting informed me that they were aware that there was no internet and all passengers who purchased internet package would be reimbursed full price of the internet package purchased. When reviewing my final bill, I was only reimbursed 25.70 instead of the full 179.93 as stated by the staff member in IT.

We’ve cruised exclusively with NCL for 20 plus years. This was not the experience we expected. Sadly I can’t say we will cruise with them again. Specifically we did not feel the value for the money or any value to our loyalty as gold latitudes members.
