See Burn The Floor is it is still an event on the ship, it is an excellent production. Eat in the main dining rooms, it is not worth the extra money in the specialty restaurants for similar food.

Don't sail Norwegian. I've been on this boat twice, and booked the second last minute, as vacation plans change and this itinerary fit our dates. Complete false advertising, as they still show the Nickelodeon rights, so the splash area isn't Spongebob, and there are NO TV CHANNELS to watch.

1. Don't do the excursions package. Only take the drink package. The value for the drink package is there. It's a $50 per cabin per day discount, which, in the end, did not discount our kid's one day excursion enough to make the discount attractive. It left a poor taste in our perception of a value being offered on board, given the expense of the dolphin experience. 2. Be prepared for big crowds everywhere! This impacts opportunity to make reservations, and wait time for any free options on the ship.

You don't need to purchase the beverage package. I purchased the $650 package on my Royal Caribbean Cruise and learned it was a waste of money if you are NOT a big drinker of alcoholic beverages. Bring 2 or 3 bottles of wine like I did ($15 will be charged per bottle) if you drink wine. Cocktails are $6-9 dollars at the bars and restaurant so my grand total in cocktails for 7 days was $56. Coffee, water, milk, and juice are all included for free in the buffets and restaurants.

If you are traveling with a scooter, be a little pushy or have someone lead the way! I did for my husband, I constantly had to ask other passengers to step aside as I didn't want them to be hurt as he passed! Also most passengers do not give the scooter any space to pass! The elevators are actually a great depth and allow for easy access!

Try to do all the outside activities the first days, the rope course was cancel the last day since the ship runs faster and moves more, the first day the ship moves slower

Bring your own beach towel to snag a lounge chair in the shade. You will have to wake up at 7am to claim a chair as there aren't enough for all the people. Also, be prepared for party central at the pools and don't anticipate to be able to swim. It was literally standing room only in the pools.

We all downloaded the Iconcierge app and payed the $10 per person fee so we would have messaging to communicate with our group. Unfortunately it was down a good part of the time...

Find a better boat. Unless you're in the Haven, the whole experience is sub par. There is actually such a difference - we were definitely in steerage. For what it wound up costing, we could have done much better on another line. Liked the Dawn out of Boston much more. More space, fewer people, nicer aesthetic. We've had much more value for money on every other cruise we've taken.

On the last day get off the ship as soon as possible to avoid ridiculous lines. Do not pay any attention to the colors they give you. No one else does.

Stay mid ship. Book entertainment events early and definitely do some shore excursions! Bermuda is amazing, we enjoyed having the time to explore the island.

If you are traveling as adults only I would definitely recommend heading to the Spice H2O deck. It was less crowded then around the pool area. There is a spray mini pool area as well as a bar. IT was much better then fighting the crowd for a pool side seat. It was much quieter and if you wanted the entertainment and noise you can just walk over to the pool.
