Review summary

Not our first cruise, we have been on other lines, Celebrity and Carnival our overall experience was really good! I would cruise with Norwegian agin!

Fabulous, embarkation! We picked up scooter for my husband, then we were directed to the line for handicapped and breezed through to check in! Had our pics taken and we were on our way! All in all approx 30 minutes!

Once I figured out the layout, and found my cabin, it was an inside handicap cabin - cabin was fabulous- it was fine!

Cabin was perfect! Very clean, always maintained by our steward Adrian!

Ship tip

If you are traveling with a scooter, be a little pushy or have someone lead the way! I did for my husband, I constantly had to ask other passengers to step aside as I didn't want them to be hurt as he passed! Also most passengers do not give the scooter any space to pass! The elevators are actually a great depth and allow for easy access!

Dropped scooter off at the Manhattan dining room, he transferred to a wheel chair and a steward wheeled my husband off! First to get our luggage, then curbside to await pick up! TWENTY MINUTES! THE BEST DISEMBARKTION EVER!!!! Tipped this steward very well!!!
