Great family vacation, the island is clean, people are friendly and the beaches are beautiful! We enjoyed the spa, and onboard entertainment. The shore excursions were worth the money!
Embarkation

Easy process, drove to NYC, had no difficulty walking on the ship.
Ship experiences
Food and Dining
3 out of 5
Food is ok, not great, not terrible. The complimentary restaurants have THE SAME menu so it's just a mater of who can seat you the quickest and what atmosphere you prefer. We had no problem with waiting as there were only 3 in our party.
Onboard Activities
3 out of 5
The ship is HUGE so to only have 1 adult pool is crazy. The pool is small and packed! You need to go EARLY to reserve chairs.
Entertainment
5 out of 5
The dueling piano bar, "Howl at the moon" was great. They kept it family friendly till 11pm and then adults only from 11-1pm. The magician was also wonderful, clean family fun that was very entertaining. We also enjoyed "Burn the Floor" which reminded me of Dancing with the stars.
Service and Staff

Excellent service. Any request we had was handled immediately.

Cabin / Stateroom

Nice cabin, ok for 3 people but would be tight with 4. The balcony was small but nice. Very clean. Comfortable beds. Next time I would get something mid ship as the seas in the Atlantic are more rough than what we're used to.
Ship tip
Stay mid ship. Book entertainment events early and definitely do some shore excursions! Bermuda is amazing, we enjoyed having the time to explore the island.
We did the night fishing which was so much fun! The crew was helpful and fun to be around. They really gave great attention to everyone. We also did the Kayak tour, so much fun seeing the sea turtles. Horseshoe beach is a must! We did the crystal caves on our own by taking the ferry and then the city bus, it was definitely cheaper but paying for excursions gets you door to door service so if you don't want to walk, buy the excursion.
Did you hear any reaction to Margaritaville's change from ala carte to the flat fee of $14.99? (for those who have en heard NCL is testing a flat fee on the Breakaway Margaritaville - 1 app, 1 entree and dessert or 2 apps, 1 entree)
