Pick a room closer to middle of ship--long walking from front of ship. Must try different restaurants.

There is a section on board the ship that is dedicated to the "Haven" group. They have their own pool area and is off limits to everyone else. I would recommend looking into this because the pools were very crowded and it was difficult to get a chair that was not reserved by a towel.

O'Sheehan's has great omelets. The three main "free" dining rooms all have the same menu every night. (Taste, Savor and Manhattan).

My granddaughter loved the ropes and the plank. Not sure if I would be brave enough to do it but she had a great time.

There are so many interesting activities, it is good to plan ahead. Luckily, you are given a daily offering overnight.

An 18% tip is already added to everything you buy; room service now costs $8; the coffee on the boat was horrible - too strong. you had to add hot water; and Most of the casino area allowed smoking which was horrible to walk through and drifted into the non-smoking area. Pick up in NYC stunk.

Make as many reservations as possible before the cruise, dinners, shows, etc.

The Shakers Martini Bar -best bartender and drinks. The Noodle Bar is a don't miss. Definitely don't skip out on the Spa package. One of the best parts of the cruise was to be able to go in the spa and use the therapy pool and relax on those lovely heated stone lounges, especially before bed time.
