Review summary
The weather was spectacular for all 8 ports of call and most of the other travel days; just one bumpy night and cool transit day back (the ship seems to handle rough water very, very well). For the number of passengers there were very few incidents of overload, although embarkation lunch and debarkation breakfast tested the limits of the buffet. There are many other dining venues available for all meals which are very pleasant alternatives to the buffet. Dining room service for dinner was spotty in all non-specialty restaurants. The special offer "Drink and Dining" packages are an excellent value which make it difficult not to return to Norweigan for your next cruise. Casino area is a good size and seems to have room for all interested passengers. Norweigan engineers, however, should do a better job of cigarette/cigar smoke removal from those areas where permitted since that odor permeates a larger area. Guest Services and crew (as well as the captain) all work very hard to please you. We look forward to doing it again very soon.
