Review summary

Entertainment on the Breakaway was excellent. Our cabin service was not as good as we always had on NCL. Was disappointed that they now charge for room service and food in the main dining. Embarkation was great. Disembarkation was terrible.

they charge for "premium" items so that you can get nicer items without heading to Specialty Restaurants

Agree about disembarking but that falls on the NYC Port Authority who handles dock operations and also US Customs processing passengers...... not to mention passengers who completely disregard direction and do what they want to muck everything up.
