Not pleased with the price/value. Your company is not good at returning phone calls. All in all. I'd not do this again.

The Shore Excursion desk opened daily at 5pm. If you had to cancel an excursion 48 hrs prior, being at the desk at 5pm was not acceptable, therefore we lost out on an excursion and lost our $320! Not acceptable!! The Excursion staff was not friendly or helpful! Also, we ported in to Athens late and missed out on part of our excursion and no one notified us of the cancellation or delay until we were sitting down in the Manhattan Room and then once on our bus was told the excursion to the Parthenon was cancelled! We would of booked a different excursion. Then again, Norwegian just wanted our money! The Ports were overcrowded, Tour Guides were not very good, Delays getting back on the ship!

Different floors had toilet problems throughout the cruise, we had our toilet run over in middle of night and woke up at 3am to the entire bathroom flooded with water and sewage. They repaired it within 2 hours but there is a problem with lines on that ship for all these problems. Our friends went over 24 hrs with toilet being broken.

Honestly the actions of Norwegian made this the worse vacation of my life.

The ship was nice, the staff was exceptional. The food was so so. The Brazilian steak house was awful, the Italian place was very good.

This is a very nice cruise. However there is only one sea day. If you do the tours at each port like we did it can be grueling for the faint of heart. There is a lot to see for a first timer to Europe.

We had a wonderful time. The staff was great, as well as the food and service. The ship needs an overhaul and update. The ports were nice and the excursions were worth it.

The overall cruise was very disappointing as NCL did nothing to control the very intoxicated adults on the cruise (many, many people were drinking hard liquor very early in the morning and were intoxicated by mid-day) or the unruly children. We had kids running up and down our hallways until well past midnight almost every night. They were extremely loud and unruly and no one held their parents responsible.

Ship is big, well maintained, fantastic service, they do a very good job on keeping it clean at all times. what took my attention is the how well the crew work, the are very kind, always with a smile and attempting to help. The are always greeting you whenever you cross them by. impressed with the service.

It was ok, too many ports and some of the workers weren’t so nice. The tendering made everything more stressful and I missed my excursion . I felt that the shows weren’t enough and not enough different food.

The ship was well below par especially since we have sailed on Royal Caribbean and Disney in the past. This did not compare. Never sailing with NCL again. Their BOGO airfare promo is atrocious if you are traveling with multiple staterooms. I would rate the cruise a 3 and only because the ports of call are mostly great.

I would not choose Norwegian again. Someone in party needed medical attention and it was not available. Every cruise ship should offer basic first aid without requiring expensive doctor consultation during open hours (very sporadic) or being told to disembark and go to pharmacy in port.

We loved our cruise, we can't wait to cruise, again. We are trying to figure out why we haven't cruised sooner!

This was a big booze and druggie cruise. Some guy dropped something in my daughter’s drink and Norwegian had us pay for the drug test! Ridiculous.

Overall it was a great cruise. The Breakaway and its staff, food, and entertainment are all excellent. The only negatives I can say were the high cost of excursions and the overcrowding of the stops in Santorini and Mykonos which detracted from the beauty of the islands.

Over all experience is very good. We enjoyed cruise vacation as our expectations.

Was good+ but we had delayed luggage. I hope Insurance Leisure Care Travel Protection will be cover our loose time and trouble . We have to buy something emergency.

Not a bad cruise, not a good one either, just average. Helen, the cabin attendant seemed to be the happiest and most pleasant of them all, Thank you, Helen! It was dissapointing to see how they were selling upgraded cabins a lot cheaper than what we paid to beging with for an interior room. Instead of upgrading the customers that already paid and were willing to pay a little extra to upgrade they sold a a lot less to new customers. First time in Norwegian, not that impress. Would consider again only at a discounted price.

I would recommend the ports for sure. It is difficult to serve just under 4000 cruisers, I get it. At times, the staff was a little grumpy and the Santorini experience was definitely a large negative with us and many others.
