Review summary

Different floors had toilet problems throughout the cruise, we had our toilet run over in middle of night and woke up at 3am to the entire bathroom flooded with water and sewage. They repaired it within 2 hours but there is a problem with lines on that ship for all these problems. Our friends went over 24 hrs with toilet being broken.

Pool area was small and always crowded, fitness center was nice.

The one show we were able to get in was good. We were first time cruisers and didn't realize you have to book in advance so we didn't get into other shows and there were no comedians on the ship so no comedy club.

Service and Staff

The tables in H2O were dirty and ashtrays always full. I left H2O late at night and came back at 4-5am and tables still full of glasses and full ashtrays. Didn't see staff going around cleaning. So many people got sick on the ship towards the end.

Never met my cabin Stewart till day 3 and he was in my hall when we were coming in. Never said hi to us or anything.
