Honestly the actions of Norwegian made this the worse vacation of my life.

Embarkation was not bad. Transfers at airport was confusing for sure as even the workers seemed confused.

Hot tub great late at night. Disappointed they took up all deck seating so early daily. A few could have been left down to enjoy

Room steward wasn't bad. Guest Services was a different story. Overall communication by staff was horrible! Got the run around alot and most of the time after the fact it could have changed an outcome.

Ship tip

I would not recommend this cruise for this cruise line at this time. Norwegians horrible communications problem caused us to miss one of our excursions and does not want to do anything about it. The lead staff such as captain, cruise and assistant cruise director needs to be sent for some communication training for sure so that it trickles down from the top.

Thank you for your review. So sorry you missed the excursion you paid for. Glad you enjoyed your ports overall. Glad you enjoyed your cabin and other parts of your cruise. If the main point person doesn’t respond to your concerns, maybe try going up the ladder to the higher ups.

That sucksss about the excursion.. we just got the ncl getaway and the excursion staff was horrendous with lack of information sharing as well
