Review summary

I would not choose Norwegian again. Someone in party needed medical attention and it was not available. Every cruise ship should offer basic first aid without requiring expensive doctor consultation during open hours (very sporadic) or being told to disembark and go to pharmacy in port.

Pools very crowded - never got in. Lose lounge chair if leave to go in pool or get food

Dueling Piano and stage show were great. Other entertainment did not seem well organized or plentiful.

Service and Staff

Had to request correct number of towels every day. Missed towel shapes that are done on other cruiselines. Guest services people were frequently rude. Never really saw room steward.

awful. Felt like a rat in the maze and employees were very impatient. Literally closed staircases just as about to descend. Went back and forth full length of the ship 3 times before actually getting to exit.
