Review summary

Not a bad cruise, not a good one either, just average. Helen, the cabin attendant seemed to be the happiest and most pleasant of them all, Thank you, Helen! It was dissapointing to see how they were selling upgraded cabins a lot cheaper than what we paid to beging with for an interior room. Instead of upgrading the customers that already paid and were willing to pay a little extra to upgrade they sold a a lot less to new customers. First time in Norwegian, not that impress. Would consider again only at a discounted price.

Food was good in main dining rooms, specialty restaurants food was better but of course for a price. Buffet was average. Drinks were good.

Some Guest services staff were not that helpful. Seems like every time we had questions or changes to make they didn't have much help.

Ship tip

DO NOT PAY FOR INTERNET (WI-FI)! Super expensive, other than looking at facebook, nothing else worked properly (e-mails, phone calls, etc). They did give me back the money for the upgrade but not for the regular charge of Internet Access.
