Clean, couch not very comfortable, TV was a joke. Horrible 3 movie channels. We could rent movies for 10.00 each. Thousands to get on a ship and they charge for movies

@PaulzyJC: You are so correct. People are venting at the wrong place. I've taken over 23 NCL cruises. And compared to the other companies, they are more reasonable with the prices. Not to mention, that the perks are way better for the latitudes tiers. Take the drink package for one. NCL you pay the gratuities (somewhere around $120 for a 7 day cruise) and drink as much as you desire. Carnival you pay like $548 for 15 drinks a day. Not to mention that if it's 2 ppl in a cabin. Both have to purchase the drink package. I'm really not knocking any of the cruise lines. They all have their goods and bads when you compare. Happy cruising everyone!

So you liked the food, entertainment, service, ship and cabin, and you thought the horrible value was in the tv and the excursions? Ship excursions are always way more expensive, I was able to easily find that out online before my first cruise!
