Review summary
The Shore Excursion desk opened daily at 5pm. If you had to cancel an excursion 48 hrs prior, being at the desk at 5pm was not acceptable, therefore we lost out on an excursion and lost our $320! Not acceptable!! The Excursion staff was not friendly or helpful! Also, we ported in to Athens late and missed out on part of our excursion and no one notified us of the cancellation or delay until we were sitting down in the Manhattan Room and then once on our bus was told the excursion to the Parthenon was cancelled! We would of booked a different excursion. Then again, Norwegian just wanted our money! The Ports were overcrowded, Tour Guides were not very good, Delays getting back on the ship!Embarkation
