We had problems with flashing the toilets in our cabins on the 12 floor. Would have to call to get the pump going. The room stewart was not very efficient.

The room itself was good. Our attendant did nothing extra and often didn’t make are room up until around lunch time and we would leave it around 8am.

This was our first cruise experience, so we have nothing to compare our cabin to, but it seemed to be a reasonable size. We enjoyed the balcony. Only complaint was the toilet - at first we couldn't get it to flush. Eventually, we found that slamming the flusher was the secret to making it work.

About average. Sofa bed was very uncomfortable to sit on. Plenty of storage.
