Ports were great. I would highly recommend these ports and Malta was a great surprise port-really enjoyed Malta. As for the ship and organization, it could be better. The port at Santorini was a complete mess, waiting in lines, lack of organization.

Review summary

I would recommend the ports for sure. It is difficult to serve just under 4000 cruisers, I get it. At times, the staff was a little grumpy and the Santorini experience was definitely a large negative with us and many others.

7 days a week they work, I think this is very difficult on the staff. Mostly great, but as always, a few can overshadow the wonderful service of others.

Anoup, our steward, was excellent. The rooms were clean and given the size, laid out well.

Ship tip

Be prepared for lines getting off at ports (not all) and waiting time for excursions. The tour operators were exceptional.

Lack of organization off boarding and tender times were not a positive experience. Santorini was beautiful, but not nearly enough time. Between the lines off boarding and returning it was a cluster.
