Review summary

I loved the transatlantic cruise. Loved the drink package. Yummy food. Hardworking people. Good fun. Miss the pork dumplings at the Noodle Bar already. They were soooo delicious!

Embarkation

5 out of 5
Easy… glad I got there early!

Ship experiences

Food and Dining

5 out of 5
Loved the specialty dining but had great meals everywhere.

Onboard Activities

5 out of 5
There where lots of things to do. I did think the bingo packages were expensive. I would have done it more if it was more affordable.

Entertainment

5 out of 5
Both shows were absolutely fantastic. But we only got to see both of them once on a 16 day cruise. I would have liked more.

Children's Programs

No kids with me

Service and Staff

5 out of 5
Loved my room steward, Patricio.

Ship Quality

5 out of 5
Loved the ship!

Cabin / Stateroom

5 out of 5
Loved the balcony room!

Ship tip

I loved the mid/aft location of my room, and my room was very still on the starboard side. My friends on the port side were always vibrating.

Ports of call

Royal Naval Dockyard, West End, Bermuda

5 out of 5
Loved Bermuda. Gorgeous island.

Ponta Delgada, Azores

5 out of 5
We did a buggy tour which was great to see the land. Got dirty. Had fun.

Lisbon, Portugal

5 out of 5
Loved Lisbon! I’ll be back!

Cadiz (Seville), Spain

5 out of 5
Everyone’s favorite port, it seemed. Beautiful place to just wander around.

Malaga, Spain

5 out of 5

Valencia, Spain

2 out of 5
It took forever to get out of the port itself… long walk… too far from city center without transportation which was a bumme.

Barcelona, Spain

5 out of 5
I love Barcelona. Taxi man at port was a nightmare, and you had to take a taxi or spend forever walking over the massive bridge into town, but I love Barcelona. I’ll be back.

Cannes, France

5 out of 5
Pretty despite the crazy construction everywhere. Lovely place to walk around.

Livorno (Florence & Pisa), Italy

5 out of 5
Took bus to Florence. Our bus guide was great!

Civitavecchia (Rome), Italy

5 out of 5
Love Rome!

Disembarkation

4 out of 5
We did the “get off with your bags yourself “ and it was easy but could have been better if all the others weren’t blocking the way out.

Nice review. Was on the same TA and share your feelings. Regarding Valencia, you are right. It's a terrible port in a nice city. Nevertheless, free (yellow) port busses were provided to the exit. I guess not many people understood because they were all empty. NCL busses ($15) to the Center and the taxis made money on that day.
