Great time. Mother Nature didn’t cooperate so not enough pool time

I had an AMAZING time!!! I had an issue in the ADULT section of the pool area. I am trying to relax in the hot tub when a family and their 2 children in diapers came in the hot tub. There is a childrens section where they can play. NOT in a hot tub.

Became one of my favorite cruises and ships, would definity not mind to be back on the Bliss.

I will Cruise with Norwegian again. I sailed on the Epic in Europe it was amazing. I think I will try the Bliss again but not the New York cruise. Hawaii destination in 2021.

There are major improvements Norwegian needs to make, mostly with the Go-karts, some minor ones throughout the ship. More smoking sections, advising passengers of expected rough seas and closures of on-board activities, better notification of closed activities etc. But overall we met a lot of great people, staff and passengers. And had a great time. I would recommend this ship, just beware when buying any extra's!

I really don't care where I go, just put me on a ship. I cruise for the enjoyment of the ship. The Bliss fulfilled all my expectations and I will cruise with NCL again!

It was a beautiful cruise that at times, on the colder sea days felt "long." However, it was quite restful, and way better than being at work! I'd do it again in a New York minute!!!

Great cruise everything other than the food was good very small public areas and pool areas

Not bad bit had to use the dining pkg the main was awful selection. The internet was almost three times what others charged and not as fast.

The best cruise ever. You will not be disappointed if you travel on this cruise. One thing I would say is that if you get an onboard credit please make sure to spend every dime of it and part of your onboard credit does not go towards your gratuities. I would recommend not putting a credit card up until you have spent every fine if your onboard that way when you do put your credit card up on your account there will be no unspent money from your onboard credits. I recommend putting cash on your account and monitor your account every day.

I was disappointed with the design of the ship. I talked to a few people that had been on over 50 cruises. And they rated this ship and cruise as one of their worst cruises..

We chose to take the great and good moments on vacation and take that and run with it. We were ready to go home by the end of our sailing. We were extremely thankful to be on vacation but we figured out a few things on this cruise. 12 day is too long for us. I think our sweet spot is 9 days. Also we will never go out of NYC again. Way too chaotic. We also decided that the breakaway plus class ships are too big. Some of the things we were looking forward to NCL didn't deliver on and some things we weren't expecting happened (like coast guard medical helicopter evacuation on day 2). Overall we will still stay loyal to NCL as we won't take one not best sailing as an end all be all. We will be more picky of our ships in the future as well as departure port

Your smoking on this ship is very unsafe. Your going to get a law suit. You make older people walk all the way to the back of the ship. On the 17 floor and have the time it wet some going to slip and fall. The 7 floor casino is close when your in port . That not properly vented . Feel sorry for you help in the casino. It will effect there health one day . They should be able to go the the 16 floor were it's open air to smoke . It no worst than your smoke stack on the ship I watched it. Over all I feel you should give me back 2800.00 of the money I spent to be unhappy for 13 day . We had a large group of use on that ship and half of them were first timer to cruise. They were not happy properly will never cruise again . Thank you for your time Andrew Decoff and Marie Decoff !!!

The public places are small and always crowded. No seafood buffet, very limited seafood options and included food venues. Taking the 12 day itinerary, I didn't have many Broadway shows or entertainment to enjoy after dinner. Good service with polite staff. Overall an affordable ship to cruise but you get what you paid for.

Amazing vacation!!!Very clean bathrooms,nice Christmas decorations,sweet staff.Elavators not crowdy.Food excellent

I have been on many cruises and this time i felt like the activities wasnt as great as another ship. And saw the Asst cruise director more then the actually cruise director.

The cruise ,ship and staff was outstanding it was so worth it.

The ship is beautiful. I have cruise with different cruise lines, so I wanted to try something different for my sister 50th birthday, very disappointed with Norwegian housekeeper. No more Norwegian.

I think I said it all above. Been on Breakaway, Escape twice, Gem out of Boston twice, among other cruiselines. just really hated never being able to use the highly advertised race track. that was our main reason for choosing this ship for our last family cruise, even leaving NY in the cold and coming back in snow. it was worth the chance. had we been advised it was never available, we would have done something else.

Overall we had a good time. There is a lot to do and see on this ship and hard to do in a week. The Observation Lounge is a great spot to sit and relax.
