Overall we had a good time. There is a lot to do and see on this ship and hard to do in a week. The Observation Lounge is a great spot to sit and relax.
Embarkation
2 out of 5
Embarkation was delayed, but once it got going was fine. My son’s room key did not work and we had to make several attempts to fix before finally getting onboard.
Ship experiences
Food and Dining
4 out of 5
Plenty to drink. Plenty to eat. I like that you do not get paper to sign. You can only leave extra tip with cash. They doubled my drinks without issue. Full service Starbucks was awesome and you can use the app. Ate at the Local late night just about every night. Teppanyaki and Q by far best restaurants. Los Lobos was good too.
Onboard Activities
4 out of 5
Plenty to do, but too much in the atrium made it difficult to be engaged. Smaller venues for trivia and such would be better.
Bingo was fun, pricey like most cruise lines. We were close to winning a few games.
Deal or No Deal was a lot of fun. I found the price for this not too bad.
We we t to pool only on port day in Orlando and it was not crowded.
The go-karts were a lot of fun. It is worth the cost to do it once.
Entertainment
4 out of 5
Six was okay. Jersey Boys really good. Comedy was okay, but would not let our 16 year old into adult comedy. Not even with us. The onboard entertainment around ship was good. The hypnosis shows were good. Funny for sure. The mojito bar was a good spot to listen to musicians.
Service and Staff

We had issue with how disembarkation to Great Stirrup Cay was done. Guest Services was not helpful and blew it off as normal. We had to wait 3 hours to get to the island. This is not normal.
In Q we were waiting for tribute show to start and would not let us sit at a table because we were not eating. I could understand this if Q was full, but it was not even close to full. No towel animals. Come on, at least give us a couple.
Otherwise, bar, restaurant and room steward was great.

Cabin / Stateroom

Nice room. Last room on deck 14 starboard, so slightly larger balcony. You get about 1/2 extra balcony width. Storage was okay, but would prefer more drawers. I think maybe one or two.
Ship tip
Get early disembark tickets any time there is a tender island. NCL Bliss is not set up well for this.
We did swimming with pigs at Balmoral Island. Check that off the bucket list. It was just okay. They will not let you take your own pics and the pics they take are not taken with care and expensive. Sad to say we have no pig pics. The island food is far too pricey. Otherwise it is a nice spot for the day.
Nice island. The tender process is not well organized. We did not get a lot of time on the island due to length of time it took to get on a tender and get to the island.
They'll give you towel animals on request. Talk to your Cabin Steward on Embarkation Day, they'll have them in your room every night.
As far as the Debarkation on the private island, you got off early compared to me: I had to wait 5 HOURS! Not normal at all, when other lines can get it done in an hour, tops.
