Review summary

Reservation need for many activities, or else you'd be on standby and might not be able to watch the show, or go to the Stirrup Cay island. the planning for the tender was terrible, no one told us we needed tickets to get on the island. shows filled up fast. overall it did not feel like a "freestyle" and too much planning is needed to get a good experience. Leaving from NY in colder months mean you could not enjoy the outdoor stuff like the pool, because it was too cold.

Entertainment

3 out of 5
loved the SIX, but did not like Jersey boys nor the Beatles.

Children's Programs

4 out of 5
Great guppies program, wished there were more sessions though, twice a day is not enough. it would be nice if they allowed drop off for babies & toddlers.

Service and Staff

Ship Quality

Cabin / Stateroom

good, clean, bathroom was good and new.

Ship tip

everything requires reservation, if you dont reserver the shows, you'd have to be on standby, same with tender tickets and sometimes restaurants.

So boring here. we got off the boat, and came right back.

Great Stirrup Cay (Cruise Line Private Island), Bahamas

it was ok, not enough beach chairs! the beach was rocky. we didnt know we had to reserve the tender, but were able to get on the island as standby. the whole off-boarding process felt chaotic.

Nassau, Bahamas

we walked to a nearby beach (junkaroo), it was ok. i heard good things about the blue lagoon excursion though, so do try that instead.
