My worst trip ever. Staff was poorly trained. Not enough staff.

Review summary

Your smoking on this ship is very unsafe. Your going to get a law suit. You make older people walk all the way to the back of the ship. On the 17 floor and have the time it wet some going to slip and fall. The 7 floor casino is close when your in port . That not properly vented . Feel sorry for you help in the casino. It will effect there health one day . They should be able to go the the 16 floor were it's open air to smoke . It no worst than your smoke stack on the ship I watched it. Over all I feel you should give me back 2800.00 of the money I spent to be unhappy for 13 day . We had a large group of use on that ship and half of them were first timer to cruise. They were not happy properly will never cruise again . Thank you for your time Andrew Decoff and Marie Decoff !!!

The food was bad the same food in ever restaurants, the specialty restaurant were expensive and not good . Needs slot of improvements.

You have to ask the waiters 3 time to get something to drink you might get it have way through your meal.

The cabin was nice kept clean but they didn't change the sheet for 2 weeks . They didn't do any extras. No animals shapes on the bed at night like other ships do or turn down your bed with a couple chocolates. Poorly customer service.

Ship tip

Not to take the Norwegian Bliss needs a do over badly . I intended to make sure all my clients and family and friend's are all told .

We had better food off the ship than on it you should get some of them to cook for your ship . And you didn't take use to San Juan and no refund for not going . And 6 wasted day at sea . Never again .

Not organized you walk in circles because you don't get it . No customer service. You make older people walk in circles. It said. You all need to go tobe retrained .

This is just about the most poorly written review ever. Just saying. If you've cruised before you would know that in some ports, the casino is closed. Not because the cruise lines wants it closed, it's due to different laws for the country you are in. As for the smoking situation, if you had done any research you would have known that this ship, along with almost all cruise ships have limited smoking areas. If you are a smoker, crusing may not be for you. Hopefully you can find another way to vacation that makes you happy.
