Love cruising with Norwegian, but the Bliss is by far our least favorite ship! The observation lounge is awesome, but it goes downhill from there.

Amazing Blissful experience with family and friends! Would book Bliss or Escape again any day. This was our 6th cruise & we have tried RCCL, Carnival & NCL. Loved them all! But we’ve now done this itinerary 2 years in a row from Manhattan b/c we live in CT and have only 1.5 hr ride in. No ✈️ & super convenient. Can’t say enough good about these cruises. Embarkation was super quick. Arrived at terminal at 9:30 and boarded ship by 11am. Debarkation just as quick. Left our cabin at 8:30 and cleared through customs with their new facial recognition tablets in no time. Our driver had us on our way to CT at 9:15! Wish we’d have done more days in Bahamas and skipped PC. This can feel like a waste of a port but we use as a great day to enjoy the ship’s pools, slides, hot tubs, race track, laser tag etc. Both NCL Escape & NCL Bliss ships are very clean, fun, friendly & worth the experience that cruising has to offer. Highly recommend for families, friends, & couples. We already put deposit down on our next NCL cruise! We ❤️🏝🚢🐠. 💡- If you’re not having fun on a cruise, it’s probably time to reflect upon yourself & less judging towards others. 💋

Go have a blast. We had a great time exploring. It was fun and we are doing it again in four months on the sunrise out of NYC no balcony this time. Lol, don’t have anything else to say

Would do again but more likely from Florida. Bliss a great ship. Wife says that was her first and last cruise. So who wants to go on next one with me?

Our cruise was fantastic, sure it wasn’t perfect but no vacation is. All 7 of us enjoyed ourselves. All of our ports were awesome and even though our time in seaworld was short it was still great and we did a lot. The staff truly made our cruise wonderful and the entertainment was out of this world.

We had fun we are planning on another one in a year or two

It was nice, I was with my daughter and her family. I would have had a better time if my husband was with me but he passed away 6 months ago 🍰😢

Overall the Ship is one of my favorite ships. Tendering is not easy and very frustrating. I would highly recommend this cruise. Specialty restaurants are excellent.

We had a very nice time. Being in our 50's it was strange to be among the youngest people on the cruise. There were a lot inconsiderate people who parked their scooters in hallways making passage difficult. The staff was nice but inexperienced and could not answer simple questions. The reservation system is flawed as reservations were not available at times where the restaurants were nearly empty. Their technology is not as integrated as it should be. Some things need to be done on the app, some on the TV in the room and some on the touch screens in the hallways. It would be nice if you could use one form of technology and be able to access everything. Despite the minor annoyances mentioned above, the trip was great. The itinerary was excellent and the weather was perfect.

Easily the most enjoyable cruise out of the 9 we have been on. We really like NCL over Royal and Celebrity. I only wish they still did a Key West Stop out of NY. ONLY really BAD thing is that it is IMPOSSIBLE to hear/understand any announcement if you are in a common area! Pools, Atrium, Club, Lounge, restaurant, Theater....you can not hear the announcements! There is a loud announcement tone buy the actual announcement is muted/distorted and unrecognizable! Really annoying when they are trying to give directions and you can not hear them! NCL, you spend a million dollars on food every cruise but can not get a public address system that is audible?

Overall the cruise was fantastic. The ports were certainly interesting. The ship was ok but I was not wowed by it. Would I do this itinerary again? Definitely. Would I go on the Bliss again? Only if it was the only ship for the itinerary but I would not seek it out. Having said that, the crew on this ship was awesome through and through. The specialty restaurants were ok, but I have had better on other NCL ships (except the Haven restaurant - that was awesome)>

Loved the ship and the itinerary. Would highly recommend sailing on this beautiful ship. This was our first time on NCL and it will definitely not be our last.

It was our first 14 day cruise and it was excellent. The ship was great and a couple of the excursions were awesome.

Croisières avec belles destinations. Free style un peut trop free style dans l'habillement. Services impeccable.

1st cruise on Bliss and would book it again. Will rethink Jan out of NYC in the future. A full ship but only felt crowded on embarkation day but only until dinner time. Observation Lounge on 15 forward is fantastic to have a light meal and a good full service bar. Did see a lot of people rudely laying full length on couches and napping for hours eliminating seating choices for guests. Family pool was over 6ft deep as pool was kept overfilled onto pool deck for entire cruise. No shallow end children or weak swimmers. Water slides in constant use but lines moved quickly. Great cruise and 14 days went too fast.

It was are first cruise, it was a great experience! Bring ear plugs if you have a light sleep because some people don t really care on holding their doors so they let it slams and wakes you up, so that was not fun at all ! But the rest great services, clean everywhere!

Nice cruise we had fun. Large ship at times felt crowded. I think the smaller ships work better for me. I was very happy to miss two weeks of cold weather!!

My husband and I loved the Bliss. It was very easy to get around, had many restaurant choices, and had different activities to do. Unfortunately, my mother in law had passed away and we needed to disembark in Barbados to attend her funeral. NCL met with us and attempted to find us a flight back to Albany NY. However, they could not find us a flight that would get us there in time. Thinking we were not able to make the service, we told family and my daughter went online and found us a flight out of Barbados that would get us home 1 1/2 days before the service. Not sure why NCL could not locate this flight. However, they were very helpful with disembarking. They had someone take our luggage off the ship and brought it through immigration/customs and then stayed until we found a taxi to go to the airport.
