Review summary

Overall the Ship is one of my favorite ships. Tendering is not easy and very frustrating. I would highly recommend this cruise. Specialty restaurants are excellent.

Food in all venues was very good

Beautiful lounge with great views. Great bartenders. Relax at night with a piano player. We had Crystie Jane on the piano and she was very good

Service and Staff

Everyone was extremely friendly and helpful

Ship Quality

5 out of 5
Probably one of my favorite ship designs. Waterfront area and Observation Lounge are so nice

Cabin / Stateroom

5 out of 5
This was a mini Suite Balcony. Rooms are a “little” smaller than other cruise lines. Bathrooms wee bigger. Room had plenty of storage areas

Ports of call

Port Canaveral, Florida

3 out of 5
We did not get off the ship. Nothing to do at the port area itself.

Great Stirrup Cay (Cruise Line Private Island), Bahamas

4 out of 5
Very nice. The tendering in took forever and getting back you stand on line for the tender about 20-30 minutes

Ocho Rios, Jamaica

5 out of 5
Excursion to “Exclusive Discovery Beach Break”. Was a 40 minute ride but worth it! Very nice beach, lots of shade

George Town, Grand Cayman

4 out of 5
Port area was nice. Again the tendering process is not fun. Went to “ White House Beach Getaway “ Not worth the money! Can only go 10 feet into the water before hitting a rock ledge. Would not recommend this excursion

Coxen Hole, Roatan, Bay Islands, Honduras

5 out of 5
Went to “Tabyana Beach Break”. One of the best excursions we have done. Beautiful resort and Excellent Snorkeling. Beautiful water and beach with lots of chairs and great facilities.

Harvest Caye, Belize

5 out of 5
Beautiful Island. LOTS of chairs. Well designed with Restaurant and shops. One our favorite private islands.

Costa Maya (Mahahual), Mexico

1 out of 5
Very long walk on the Pier. Went to Mahahual beach. Lots of shopping at the port area. Beach was very nice and very close to the ship. Shopping in Costa Maya seemed to be very expensive in all the shops

Cozumel, Mexico

5 out of 5
Great port area. Lots of shops and restaurants. Took an excursion to “Passion Island” Don’t waste your money!! Took 1:15 to get there on a Catamaran. We got less than 2 hours of beach time before being told to get back on the Catamaran to go back. 5 hour excursion that gives you less than 2 hours of beach time

Disembarkation

4 out of 5
Long lines to disembark. Standing out in the cold being it was February in NY. Getting a porter to help with your luggage is not easy.
