Loved the ship and the itinerary. Would highly recommend sailing on this beautiful ship. This was our first time on NCL and it will definitely not be our last.

Food and Dining

Staff in the MDR’s were very pleasant and attentive. Food was good, but we preferred the buffet, just for the convenience. Tried Cagney’s which was excellent. Le Bistro was not such a favourite of ours just for their limited menu. Ocean Blue had good choices and would definitely would be a recommendation of ours.

Pools were small but never seemed packed. However, chair hoggers were out if full force very early! Loved the bands. Very talented musicians. Cruise director was a blast!
Entertainment

Watched a comedy show, Six and Jersey Boys. Enjoyed them all with Jersey Boys being our absolute favourite.

Service and Staff

All staff were wonderful. They really set the tone for the cruise. Our room steward was always eager to please and accommodate any special requests. Bar and wait staff definitely go over and above to ensure guest satisfaction.

All areas were always kept immaculate. Loved the design of the ship. The Observation Lounge was our favourite area to simply relax and enjoy being on the ocean.
Cabin / Stateroom

Little bit tight for 4 adults. The bed itself is large and comfortable (with a topper) as I found the mattress too hard. The 2 additional beds were comprised of a single couch and an upper bunk. As we are all seniors, luckily being small and a married couple the 3rd and 4th guests fit on the single sofa bed! We will be sure to select a double sofa bed! Shower was great and I hated my first (normal) shower when I got back home. Balcony was not really big enough for 4 people though. Will definitely book a larger balcony next time.
Ship tip
The Observation Lounge is the place to relax. H20 is also great on sea days. Cagney’s is the best restaurant and when you are watching Jersey Boys you could easily imagine you were at a theatre on Broadway, it is that good!
We did a private excursion just driving around. Beautiful scenery. We did quite a bit of souvenir shopping here and we ate an authentic Jamaican breakfast!
Unfortunately, the day we docked was a Sunday so most of the local stores were shut. Not really much to see on a local walk here. I think that this port is definitely the place to do a tour.
