Review summary

Love cruising with Norwegian, but the Bliss is by far our least favorite ship! The observation lounge is awesome, but it goes downhill from there.

This cruise took place at the start of the pandemic (no it did not start in March, it actually started between in November and December), so the disembarkarion nightmare does not surprise me.

I was on the same sailing and I agree with everything. Activities left a lot to be desired....and that's coming from an Activity Professional! Disembarkation was THE WORST I've seen in 20 cruises!
