Easily the most enjoyable cruise out of the 9 we have been on. We really like NCL over Royal and Celebrity. I only wish they still did a Key West Stop out of NY. ONLY really BAD thing is that it is IMPOSSIBLE to hear/understand any announcement if you are in a common area! Pools, Atrium, Club, Lounge, restaurant, Theater....you can not hear the announcements! There is a loud announcement tone buy the actual announcement is muted/distorted and unrecognizable! Really annoying when they are trying to give directions and you can not hear them! NCL, you spend a million dollars on food every cruise but can not get a public address system that is audible?

Our cabin and balcony was huge! Always clean and very inviting!
Was nice to visit Jamaica and not get hassled by every vendor and taxi driver! VIP Beach excursion was well worth the money, food was good, music rocked and water was so perfect!
Too bad the Breakaway smashed into the new pier and wrecked it but they did a great job tendering us in. Saw a bunch of Manatee, birds and wildlife on our excursion. Such a beautiful place.
I had help with getting my wife (in wheelchair) off the boat and although we had to wait our turn for a "pusher", he was wonderful and took us right through to our car on the parking deck! I was so happy I gave him the biggest tip ever and he seemed pleased!
