We booked this cruise rather last minute. Wanted to get out of the cold weather and we picked the perfect week as the weather on the trip was fabulous but below zero at home. Overall had a very nice time. Wish I was still cruising.

Poor service, nickel and dimed you for everything. Not much in the way of activities.

Went on the Getaway a few years ago and loved it. Very disappointed this time. I believe it has a lot to do with the new drink package "incentive" Norwegian offers. I'd rather pay for the drink package to get better service. Also, Norwegian is the only line that does not include bottled H20 with their package. So I can buy a $10 cocktail every 5 minutes, but I can't get a $1 bottle of water???? Really??? Many argumentative staff members, from guest services to bar service. No drive at all to give good customer service. Multiple issues with our bill directly related to use of the drink package (issues never resolved) I was over charged by $30, went to guest services twice to remedy, never fixed. I think my friends and family will be sticking with Royal Caribbean and Carnival from now on.

We truly loved the cruise. Loved the Beatles Clinton Washiington and didn't want to miss the band Siglo they were great

Loved the Bliss. Look forward to Encore. No one ship or cruise has it all. So bored with Eastern and Western Caribbean that the cruise ship is actually the destination.

The Haven is a great experience. The sundeck is quiet and has shady and sunny places to be. The Haven dining room's food was great and the staff was always happy.

Great cruise. Food was good service was spotty depending where you ate. NCL needs a few new ports for E Carribean but trip was good. Observation lounge was nice but I enjoyed waterfront and bar on deck 19 more

Too many people on this boat. It has the same number and size of public areas as smaller Norwegian ships--the company has just stuck in more levels of cabins without providing any extra facilities. If anything, for example, the Bliss Theater is smaller than on another Norwegian boat I've sailed. We were elbow-to-elbow constantly with strangers in order to do anything. Not a relaxing experience for me and not a ship I have any interest in sailing again.

Great ship, fair amount of time in ports, good food and great entertainment. I would prefer to pay a bit more up front and have more free entertainment options on the ship. We have been on previous cruises where we did not have to worry about those additional costs.

It was a complete ripoff. We paid quite a bit extra for the balcony & it didn't really matter. There was a service charge of $14.95/per day which wasn't in the contract. I have no wonderful pics of the trip to share and we will not be returning to any of the ports we visited. Norwegian seemed to be just jamming as many people as possible onto the boat without considering customer service.

A very pleasant experience. We were impressed with the food and service. All employees on this ship are AAA. A great Christmas Cruise for sure.

Overrated activities, understaffed, need one less sea day and another virgin island stop. Was not up to our prior Norwegian experiences will be choosing another cruise line. Internet ridiculous and does not work-due to overcrowding on ship-not worth money. Offer a reasonable family plan.

Our third cruise and last cruise with Norwegian. The poor service was inexcusable Rudeness, dirty linens, long waits even with reservations and lost luggage at disembarkment cannot be overlooked. Management was also nonresponsive to our complaints.

I was very impressed with Norwegian Cruise Lines' vessel, crew, and choices of ports. I would have liked more time on the islands. I enjoyed being able to do what I wanted pretty much when I wanted. I was not pleased with the ventilation of the cigarette smoke in the casino but there's always something to fall short. The crew deserves the highest ratings for service, quality, and maturity. They led by example in proper ship-board behavior and deportment. I was embarrassed by the occasional rudeness by a very few of my fellow passengers.

weather was good, entertainment very good, food good as well. Go carts was something to do once. Buffets were better than expected.

Overall had a good experience. I would recommend the Norwegian Bliss.

The cruise was wonderful. The ship is gorgeous. The entertainment top notch. The two complaints we had were the food and dress codes in the restaurants (not the buffet). Drinks were excellent. The crew were nice and helpful.

very unorganized. WI-Fi was a waste, never got to work. Not much to do after 10pm. don't expect great food. Honesty was happy to get food off the ship and pretty disappointed in the staff.

We were very satisfied with this cruise experience -- the ship, the staff, the food, the excursions. There is always something to do. We enjoyed the Level 15 windows at the front of the ship. So relaxing. And we enjoyed the Garden Restaurant seating at the front of the ship. Great views.
