Review summary

Overrated activities, understaffed, need one less sea day and another virgin island stop. Was not up to our prior Norwegian experiences will be choosing another cruise line. Internet ridiculous and does not work-due to overcrowding on ship-not worth money. Offer a reasonable family plan.

only one adult pool looked like a community center, too crowded, everything including shows required a reservation, even families with younger kids could not get reservations for slide, racetrack, would not recommend

Only great entertainment was Siglo live band other than that no live piano bar, atrium was cheesy with folding chairs no upscale atmosphere

rumor on ship was cruise was overbooked resulting in exhausted staff, not the usual sunny dispositions we have come to expect of Norwegian- not enough waitstaff on decks, we had to search out bars for drinks, best service/staff was the enthusiastic greeters at Garden Café with their washy washy song-actually seemed happy unlike others
