Went on the Getaway a few years ago and loved it. Very disappointed this time. I believe it has a lot to do with the new drink package "incentive" Norwegian offers. I'd rather pay for the drink package to get better service. Also, Norwegian is the only line that does not include bottled H20 with their package. So I can buy a $10 cocktail every 5 minutes, but I can't get a $1 bottle of water???? Really??? Many argumentative staff members, from guest services to bar service. No drive at all to give good customer service. Multiple issues with our bill directly related to use of the drink package (issues never resolved) I was over charged by $30, went to guest services twice to remedy, never fixed. I think my friends and family will be sticking with Royal Caribbean and Carnival from now on.

Poor service, had to wait extremely long for bar service, food came out at different times, food was ok, but I've had better on Royal Caribbean. Buffet surprisingly was my favorite.
Onboard Activities

Amazingly never had an issue finding poolside chairs. Bar service sparing around the pool. Having to pay extra for go carts and laser tag disappointing. Was not impressed.
Entertainment

Unable to see any of the shows. Unable to book ahead of time, by the time we boarded everything was booked. Same with dining. I am not a fan of "anytime" dining.

Staff were great, again, not impressed. Royal Caribbean has a much better kid's program.

I heard "no", "we don't do/ have that", "our company doesn't allow that" more than on any other cruise. Seems as though the crew/ staff have no incentive to provide good service. Very lackluster and disappointing.

Beautiful ship but extremely difficult to navigate. Again, not impressed.
Cabin / Stateroom

Smaller than expected (we usually stay inside) this was small even compared to what we are used to. No storage space at all. We lived out of our suitcases, not able to unpack at all.

I don't recommend, fo Royal Carribbean or Carnival
zip lining was not as expected. zip line in St. Kitts last year and had a blast. Not so much in Tortola. I was actually scared during a good portion of it. Not well thought out or family friendly. Unable to enjoy the scenery due to fear.
this port is always awful. The second you get off the ship, people are screaming in your face trying to sell you something or braid my daughter's hair.
