Review summary

Our third cruise and last cruise with Norwegian. The poor service was inexcusable Rudeness, dirty linens, long waits even with reservations and lost luggage at disembarkment cannot be overlooked. Management was also nonresponsive to our complaints.

We had a specialty dining and drink package . Dinner service averaged 3 hrs. Reservations were very hard to get. Drinks were watered down.

Pools were very crowded and too deep. The pools depths were 6’8” and 5’7”. Huge drop offs for kids

First time we’ve encountered rude staff on a cruise. Stained sheets, non-responsive. When we complained and compared level of service to RC we were actually told “maybe we should only cruise with Royal Caribbean”. Long waits for everything even with a reservation. We were cruising as a group of 13. We will never cruise with Norwegian again.

I recieved terrible treatment as well. Mine was from guest services and only from asking about luggage day before disembarking and locations on the ship for information on where things were located.

I agree completely, very rude staff. Those who disagree that’s YOUR opinion and you should not try and dismiss this persons experience 🤨
