very unorganized. WI-Fi was a waste, never got to work. Not much to do after 10pm. don't expect great food. Honesty was happy to get food off the ship and pretty disappointed in the staff.

Horrible. The safety procedure was impossible to learn anything. loud crowds and no organization. should have been done outside near emergency boats, not stuffed into small sections of the ship. I was honestly scared!

buffets was a joke! same food everyday. Asian food is better from your frozen section of a grocery store. A Indian food section that was always empty; Could have been used for a more universal food selection. Specialty Dining was impossible to get a reservation, yet every day when we walked buy they were all half empty

The Main attraction water slid off the ship was closed everyday, except from 10-6 the last day when everyone is off the ship at the Bahamas/. the front desk didn't even know the slide wasn't opened! grossly understaffed which a manager admitted to us!

was able to get into only one show. Havana. All the other shows were in small rooms that you couldn't even get in the door. The Celebrity DJ as he is called played ghetto music ...really!!! he needs to check him self at the door and look out in the crowd and know his clientele. he would play one good song and the dance floor was packed, then go down hill. i mean he should see that the dance floor was empty. The DJ that did the County and caliente dance night, literal stole the show of the whole cruise. He played excellent tunes from all genre and rocked. unfortunately after his 1 to 1.5 hours we were stuck with the other DJ that had no clue how to keep the party going.

beautiful ship. our balcony room was kinda a joke. The bed wash a foot from the closet. haha. Anyone that's not tall and skinny would NOT fit between the two to actually use the closet.

as said earlier. why is there only one foot of space between the bed and the closet. Who screwed up this design. WOW!! a new ship and this is a big whoops!
Ship tip
don't expect much from the food. don't expect to do anything after 11pm, and food will be pizza and ice cream. We basically lived the whole week on pizza , fries and ice cream because the food was bad
nice. DO NOT take cab from ports. $40 per couple //PLUS there is a FEE of $10 per person to get on beach they bring you to.
We walked 5 min, and jumped in a cab for $5 per person and taken to a free beach.
