Review summary

Was really disappointed over all. For a new ship that has been on water for over 6 months still has to many bugs to be worked out. Will not go on the Bliss again after July if it does not improve. Internet never worked. The room stuff were terrible. Wait staff in one restaurant were so rude and horrible we never went back to that restaurant. Just over all not impressed

Was ok. But if you want to play the cheaper tables you have to go into the smoking casino to do it. This is discrimanating again non smokers. The table limits should be the same in both casinos. This is very unfair to non smokers.

we never could get our room steward to catch on to things like we like Ice in our room. We were sent strawberry and things from different staff and he would never remove the dirty plates or glasses in our room . The wait staff was amazing so were the bar tenders. but the room staff were the worst of any cruise I have ever been on

our mini suite was smaller than any balcony I have ever been in. Was not impressed with size so we went with balcony in July on this ship. If I did not already have a lot of people going in July we would change ships. Norwegian made the rooms smaller to get more rooms and you either go small or spend a fortune on the Haven. so disappointed and I love sailing Norwegian but thinking of going on a different line from now on. The internet never worked

Was on same sailing never once had any issues. Loved the ship and everything it had to offer. Rooms on all CruiseLine’s are small. Never spend that much time in it anyways but to sleep shower and change clothes. Never encountered any rude employee on the ship either. Just some rude passengers.
