Review summary
You have to address the parking in the city of Miami if you are going to open a "Mega" port for Mega cruise ships... I heard nothing other than horror stories of how people are NEVER going to embark from Miami because of the mass confusion about the car parking situation. We are the customers, but need to be treated with a little more respect and dignity. I understand it is just parking your car, but really unprofessional. The company probably doesn't have a lot of say, but scaring your customers to another port --even just one-- might have that perverbial "domino effect"...Embarkation

Overrated.... It was more work to drive the carts then fun... Something new and novel and it was nice to do something that no other ship has, but I probably would not re-book this cruise ship solely based on this race track experience
