We booked this cruise rather last minute. Wanted to get out of the cold weather and we picked the perfect week as the weather on the trip was fabulous but below zero at home. Overall had a very nice time. Wish I was still cruising.

Embarkation was smooth and quick. Norwegian has you enter the Ship in an area that does not offer a Wow Experience. Disney arranges it so you enter the ship in their Beautiful Main lobby area so when you enter, it is a true WOW experience. If Norwegian had everyone enter on their 6th floor the experience might have been different.

Main dining rooms were all nice, however we felt we got better service at Savor. The Menus between the three are virtually the same so not varied enough in my opinion. The specialty restaurants we visited were good but not really worth the extra.
Onboard Activities

We enjoyed the H2O lounge pool and the Tranquility room of the spa. Did not have an opportunity to use the go carts as you had to make a reservation for them.
Entertainment

The entertainment was good but not as good as I experienced on the Norwegian Epic. We liked the British Invasion. Havana was a bit boring and Jersey boys was good.

Service was good. The staff went out of their way to help accommodate us one piece of our luggage was delayed and they did their best to provide us with what we needed and didn't have including offering a free laundry service.

The cabin was better than I had anticipated. Bigger than I expected. Loved the roomy bathroom with plenty of vanity area and double faucets. Luxurious shower with multi head shower sprays. Plenty of storage and places to put things. Only complaint was the location of the cabin. It was on the 15th floor right below the pool so at night you heard the booming of the band or music that played each night until midnight. In the future I would probably try to choose a room in a more quiet area.
Ship tip
Think about the placement of your room as far as what clubs, bars and pools are above or below it if you want quiet at night.
