Review summary

Loved the Bliss. Look forward to Encore. No one ship or cruise has it all. So bored with Eastern and Western Caribbean that the cruise ship is actually the destination.

Main dining room food is just fair and does not very from day to day. The speciality dining is very good. The bar/lounges are excellent. The buffet is very good.

Bar/lounge staff were excellent--- friendly and attentive. Waiters in main dining rooms were just okay. Waiter in Cagney's was excellent, but Le Bistro waitress seemed stressed.
