We have always been satisfied with our cruises and MSC topped our list pre pandemic. This was the worst cruise with no close second. And then when I got home I got raging sick that night and tested positive for covid.

Long waits for many things . Buffet , dining room foods good . Smooth ride never knew you were on a ship . Great cabin person.

The food was ok, last seating was always late and I had trouble with the bottled water served in the Seashore restaurant. Bottled water in the bars was fine. Rooms good, little slow with towels. Pools always noisy and crowded. Highlights were the entertainment and the Venchi bar. We were always treated with top notch service at this bar. The Aperole spritz and coffees were perfect. Well trained attendants at this bar. The price was right and we loved the cay!

The itinerary was great. The food was mediocre at best. While the dining room and cabin staff were good, customer service overall is not MSC’s strong suit.

First cruise. Didn't know what to expect. It went better than expected. Spotless clean ship. Hardworking crew. Couple of illogical thing, but nothing significant to spoil the overall experience. This itinerary was port heavy with arriving early and leaving late, which was great if you want to explore like me. Kids (11, 8) loved the kids club.

Outstanding service in the yacht club, only way we will travel. Servers, butlers, conceriage all very pleasant and attentive.

Very clean ship well maintained. Staff was great!

Hard to enjoy because of bad weather. We had a lot of trouble with the MSC application. Would be great to be able to buy a specialty coffee package.

Overall it was ok. The ship is beautiful, but they still have a ways to go to compare to Norwegian or Royal Caribbean. Food could have been better. Need more staff. There was just something lacking, meaning no extra nice touches. The price was good. Getting off on the islands took a very long time. Overall, just OK, but nothing major that would make me not take another cruise with MSC.

This was the worst cruise I've been on but it did have the best entertainment which made the cruise worth taking but not sure if I'll cruise MSC again.

Unfortunately I wouldn’t sail with MSC again. We prefer the food and vibe on royal Caribbean and Norwegian. There were many foreigners not many people spoke English. The ship is huge and beautiful oh and no running track first ship not to have that. Small gym as well not open 24 hrs. Pool deck is odd hard to watch pool games. Different type of cruise director also not what you would expect if you have sailed other lines this was only my 9 th cruise but it is in last place over the other 8 sorry

Besides the incident involving a drunk patron we had a great time. Security was slow to act! It's never okay to put your hands on someone just because you're drunk! If you have an issue with some of the rude people just know security is in no rush and laugh! Rude as heck!

This is an Italian ship, geared to Europeans. It is not for the avg. American looking for a great cruise. Italian crew, not to social to us English speakers, European diet meals, not too much of anything, and you Pay for good food. I found it ridiculous on Friday night that they felt the need to shut the water off. I was up at 6AM, no shower, no teeth brushing, No coffee, no Juices, no cappachino, or espresso at the bar or restaurant. They said 6 hours, it turned out to be 7 and a half hours. This was the most expensive cruise I've ever taken. NEVER AGAIN on MSC Seaside, or any Italian cruise line. And is on my sh.. list too. Sorry, but honest. Robert P. Northern Potter Pa.

I will be back on the MSC Seaside no doubt! From the pools, to the food, to the activities, relax areas, drinks, and casino, this cruise experience was too notch.

Overall, we had a good time. Despite the many disappointment with many things. We did not let that ruined our happiness. Some things could have handle better if staff were properly trained. It was our first time on a cruise and we chose the MSC with the help of our travel agent and to experience some of the things we experienced was not good

A beautiful ship, but the cabins need to provide more storage. Lots of great entertainment and things to do.

This is a good cheap cruise if you are a beginner to cruising. If you have cruised before and are looking for service and quality experience this cruise line lacks in this area. The staff is very overwhelmed in all areas and is lacking which makes long waits for ordering drinks, getting quality housekeeping and quality service in the restaurants is definitely lacking. This cruise line charges for everything!!!! Be aware!!! Also the basic drink package doesn't cover very much so its not the best deal if you are getting the over priced drink package. The prices they charge for the drink and dining packages do not match the quality you receive

Be very wary of the free drink package. It only covers up to $6 drinks and you would think that they would just charge you the difference if you bought a $7 drink, but NO, they charge you the entire $7. Not mentioned anywhere, and almost all drinks are over $6. Be wary of free WiFi, because it is only a small amount of MB Never use a Debit card for your on-board account, because you have to wait in line the last morning to get any used funds back in cash. No one tells you this ahead of time. If you are older and need assistance with your luggage and also need to get off the ship early for a return flight, you will need to ask for a supervisor because the regular staff will just tell you that you have no options other than to figure it out yourself, but the supervisor will make whatever arrangements you need . As a gold card member in the Voyageurs club, they said that we would get a fruit bowl in our room, but that bowl consisted of an apple and an orange. They also said we got a free birthday cake, but no one in the dining room knew anything about it. Finally, we were to get a free picture, but when we went to get one on the last day, we were told that we were to come down on a particular day and time earlier in the cruise, and it was no longer available, but never mentioned to us at any time. With almost 20 past cruises, we thought we would be treated a little nicer. RCCL makes you feel like a king.

Booked with BJ agent did NOT tell us it was a back to back. East West. With going back to Miami agent said she would get our rooms close together, she didn’t. Different floors even. Not happy. Booked withBJ s before. No problem
