Review summary

A beautiful ship, but the cabins need to provide more storage. Lots of great entertainment and things to do.

Ship experiences

Food and Dining

Specialty restaurants are top-notch! Great taste and service!

Onboard Activities

5 out of 5
The activities staff kept us well-entertained - lots of activities every day!

WOW! Incredible diversity of entertainers! Acrobats, magicians, dancers and singers were all fabulous! The shows were offered 3 times per night instead of the usual 2. The lighting, sound, props, costumes, and make-up were unsurpassed!

Service and Staff

4 out of 5
Very responsive to our needs. The only hiccup was when we asked for directions on the ship - many did not speak English and we found that we often just stumbled around on our own.

Ship Quality

5 out of 5
Probably one of the most beautiful ships we've been on in 48 cruises! Lights, glitz, information screens, and so much more made the ship come alive. The Piazza area was just plain stunning!

Cabin / Stateroom

3 out of 5
Big problem with so little storage space - 3 drawers and 3 shelves total. They could easily remove the couch, replace it with a chair, and add some shelving for storage. Tiny bathroom for a balcony cabin.

Ship tip

Get the Aurea Experience.

Ports of call

Ocho Rios, Jamaica

Went to the "Blue Hole" and had a blast! Then on to Mystic Mountain for the tram ride and coaster experience - very nice!

George Town, Grand Cayman

Do NOT waste your time at the town of "Hell!" It's a run-down shack with an old man dressed as the devil. Very disappointing! However, the Turtle farm was very interesting and enjoyable.

Cozumel, Mexico

Lots of "hawkers" to watch out for, but some nice restaurants and millions of the same kind of souvenirs!

The weather prevented a stop here.
