Review summary

We have always been satisfied with our cruises and MSC topped our list pre pandemic. This was the worst cruise with no close second. And then when I got home I got raging sick that night and tested positive for covid.

What happened to MSC? Lunch and dinner was below standards. Breakfast buffet was fine. Breakfast in the dining room was a comedy of errors!

The only acceptable service was our in cabin steward Kenneth. No one else even said hello. I take that back, we had 2 hellos in 5 days!

Beautiful ship. Logistics was a little choppy and elevators were a disaster!

Select a different cruiseline. MSC was our favorite cruiseline before the pandemic and this was the worst cruise we have ever taken

Very disappointing. It is sand and a lot of walking with workers driving carts right down the walking paths with little regard to anyone!
