Will not sail MSC again, wurst service we have ever experienced on a cruise, from the dining to the room steward.

All good until disembarkation day which it was a mess.

Ship is incredible, just lacks quality entertainment and needs to improve on port time arrivals.

This cruise was a birthday celebration for my husband and a much needed vacation. It was everything we hoped for. We have even started to talk about where we want to go next on MSC. Book your cruise now, you won’t be disappointed. Bon voyage!

Beautiful ship. Food in dining rooms is average but staff eager to please and offer different selection if you are not thrilled with your choice. LOTS of bars with friendly bartenders. Theme nights would be a lot more fun if guests knew about them. Shows are wonderful and different every night.

The ship was lovely and well maintained. The staff was always friendly and greeted us with smiles no matter the day or what activity they were engaged in. Our cabin was nice, the food plentiful and varied. My only disappointment was the short time allotted at the different ports and some of the evening entertainment shows. I would definitely cruise with MSC again.

It was a beautiful ship but compared to other cruise experiences we were disappointed. There was something in our room that was not cleaned in our room that ruined my husbands clothing, we were promised that they were going to make our 10 year anniversary special (the reason we went on our cruise) with cake and champagne which was never delivered. Our dinner friends boasted about chocolate covered strawberries and champagne delivered for a leaking toilet. The food was good. For someone with food allergies, I was well cared for. The service was a little slow and every where you turned they were trying to up sell you on something - approached at dinner about buying a higher end dinner. It was annoying.

Awesome ship needs improvement with the disembarkation

Cruise was ok. The minute you got on the ship, crew was there trying to upgrade the beverage package, sell you spa treatments or specialty restaurant meals. Beverage package is not fully explained when you are booking. The basic drink package will not get you far - very few cocktails included, only 2 beers and a few wines, soft drinks and coffee are included though. Food needs to have more variety and selection. Guest relations staff was not very friendly and somewhat sarcastic. When questioning our bill we were told "don't worry about it." Excuse me - I'm the one paying the bill - I will worry about it if it's not right. Our bills were mixed up a couple times, wristbands had to be switched out as they would not open our cabin door, and later in the cruise somehow my picture would show up on my son's wristband when scanned. Bars need more bartenders and waiters - had to wait long time to be served. However the disembarkation was the very worst and ruined what might have been a good vacation. Will never cruise with MSC again.

I loved that the majority of the passengers aboard this ship were European. It’s great to learn different cultures. My husband hated this cruise line and swears to never go with them again. I enjoyed it because of the passengers. But Customer Service was the worst

I had read the reviews about the MSC Seaside before I booked this cruise so I was well aware of the service/food issues. They were correct. I agree. But also the ship is gorgeous and had great entertainment and we had a blast. So that is one has to decide. I don’t think I will go on another MSC cruise as I missed the service and the food more than the shows.

We had an excellent time on MSC and would do it all over again. We are eager to know when the cruise line will be departing from Tampa as we will book another as soon as we know! The ports could have better timing, but all in all, it was a beautiful cruise!!! I hope we are notified about Tampa!!!! PLEASE~

The best thing at this ship is the diversity on the cruise. We found people from all parts of the world it was a great experience.

MSC was a great experience. I really enjoyed the cruise. The staff were all very friendly and helpful. Great way to travel.

Definitely not my favorite cruise. We enjoyed the various stops and the ship was beautiful, but will probably not cruise with MSC again anytime soon.

It was just ok. The thing that made it awesome was the excursions. Not sure if I would book MSC again.

The MSC Seaside is a beautiful, clean ship and a peaceful, relaxing adventure. I met several women from different cities who were also solo travelers or with family groups. I have planned to book more cruises on MSC as this is my third one with this cruisline. I did not care for all the children in and out of the casinos and bars, sitting in areas where they shouldn't be allowed. Other than that, I didn't have any problems with the ship, staff, meals, casino or the cruise in general.

Stay away no matter how great the deal sounds don t go.
