Awful. Officials blaming Customs for the slow disembarkation when crew members were telling us the real reason of the delay. They were dock on the side where “supposedly they only have one exit”. It was a mess no one directing people. Almost it caused fights and all that. Once you get to the terminal Customs officials are just chilling on a table. So i really dont think Customs was the problem. It was how the Ship Officials handled the disembarkation. Its my second time sailing in the Seaside and it was disappointing. Very.
