I loved that the majority of the passengers aboard this ship were European. It’s great to learn different cultures. My husband hated this cruise line and swears to never go with them again. I enjoyed it because of the passengers. But Customer Service was the worst

Bar staff was great and friendly except in the casino. Casino bar was always understaffed. All personnel was great except for customer service. Customer Service was extremely rude and unhelpful

Room was standard to other cruise lines. The beds were a lot more comfortable than Royal Caribbean. Our room was always clean.
Ship tip
If you buy a drink package, the easy package is just well drinks and Miller Lite draft. I had to upgrade to the premium package to get what I like to drink. The price was $230 more
We did an excursion to the Blue Hole. It was fantastic and not as many tourists as Dünnes River. Extremely beautiful. The town itself is a little filthy with a lot of locals wanting to sell you marijuana
I’ve been here before. Vendors will not leave you alone. Extremely harassing. Makes you want to run back on the ship. We decided to take the ferry to Playa del Carmen. Beach was a lot nicer, but again, the vendors are horrible
Our favorite port on this cruise. We decided to be kids for the day and went to Atlantis on Paradise Island. We did all the water slides and went to an amazing clean beach there. A day of fun. We were upset that this port was only a 6 hour stop
