MSC was a great experience. I really enjoyed the cruise. The staff were all very friendly and helpful. Great way to travel.

Sheryl and David at the Seashore were excellent waitstaff for our table. Always cheerful, and went above and beyond to make our meals enjoyable. Antonio, our cabin porter, always checking our cabin to make sure everything was in order and very friendly.

The shower was a little cramped. Would have liked a couple more drawers. The noise from the pipes when someone flushed the toilet above was loud and would wake us up at night. The bed was too firm for me, but my niece liked it. The room was always kept clean.
Ship tip
Pace yourself when eating. It's a foodgasm, and you tend to overindulge.
Would have liked to arrive earlier to visit the forts, museums, etc. Everything was closing up for the day when we arrived (5 pm). Fort closed at 6 pm so maybe 1/2 hour to see once loaded on bus and driven there. Also, sun setting making it difficult to see places on excursion as it was getting dark. The driver was great.
