Review summary

The worst customer service company on the seas. A shame since it’s such a beautiful ship. Staff barely spoke English and was not very friendly. My first and last cruise with them

Sorry that you had such a terrible time, when we pay for something it's very disappointing when our expectations are not met! Continue to cruise a d put this incident he hind you like the own waves behind the sailing ship! Better time next go!
