This cruise line prides themselves on being family friendly so maybe do your homework next time. However that doesn’t excuse bad parenting of kids running the ship my kids range from 19 to 3 months old they know better. They have all cruised. Maybe Viking river cruises

Too bad about the noise, but don't rate the cruise or line based on bad parenting. Some people think that because it's a ship, they can just let their children run wild! If you can't cope with that, try Celebrity or Princess and cruise while school is in session, way less kids!
