Beautiful ship. Food in dining rooms is average but staff eager to please and offer different selection if you are not thrilled with your choice. LOTS of bars with friendly bartenders. Theme nights would be a lot more fun if guests knew about them. Shows are wonderful and different every night.

Dining room food is good, nothing spectacular but if you don't like something, waiters are eager to get you something different. Butcher's cut restaurant was excellent. Buffets were fine - loved the selection at the salad bar.

Thermal spa is wonderful! Lots of late night entertainment. Theme nights would be a lot more fun if guests were aware of them!

Ship is very clean - constantly saw staff cleaning, wiping, maintaining. Beautiful ship.
Cabin / Stateroom

Cabin was clean, functional (except for closet being too close to bed), balcony has good unobstructed view. Wish balcony could be opened to adjoining cabin like other cruises we have been on with friends but were told this was not possible.
Ship tip
Very international (mainly European) guests. Some have trouble waiting their turn/staying in line and don't respect personal space.
Very unorganized. Lots of waiting and no instructions/guidance. Guests pretty much just did whatevery they wanted. MSC needs to do a better job controlling guests in order to have an orderly disembarkation.
