Review summary

It was a beautiful ship but compared to other cruise experiences we were disappointed. There was something in our room that was not cleaned in our room that ruined my husbands clothing, we were promised that they were going to make our 10 year anniversary special (the reason we went on our cruise) with cake and champagne which was never delivered. Our dinner friends boasted about chocolate covered strawberries and champagne delivered for a leaking toilet. The food was good. For someone with food allergies, I was well cared for. The service was a little slow and every where you turned they were trying to up sell you on something - approached at dinner about buying a higher end dinner. It was annoying.

Nice terminal. Got on the boat quickly. The bar needed to have more people working to accommodate so many people.

Food was really good. I have a gluten allergy and was well taken care of. I had cake and bread at every meal. They have separate cooking accommodation for gluten allergies.

Onboard Activities

Very nice, clean gym. The pools are 6.5 feet deep. Difficult to hang out in/cool off. And the decorations around them were in disrepair.

Entertainment

The show was basically the same entertainers every night with a different theme, i.e. body builders, salsa dancers, roller skaters to different music.

We didn't see our room steward. Our server at dinner was great after the second night. Waiters had too many people needing them, they took a significant amount of time to bring drinks, etc.

We had a balcony suite. The balcony was so long that it could fit 2 lounge chairs and 2 sitting chairs with ottoman, but the water was a significant distance from the end of the balcony - the dinning sitting area and walkway extended past our balcony underneath.
