A horrific experience. Food was horrendous. I cannot even say the "Food Quality" as that we infer that there was some kind of "Quality" in the food. The room was to be set up for me as I'm handicapped in Stage 4 Cancer. I let them know ahead of time that and additionally informed them of the importance of the refrigerator as I'm insulin dependent. The Fridge did not work and took till Monday night before it was replaced. I asked if they checked them before the Cruise allows the customers on board to avoid this and was told "No". The telephone did not work. You'd think when I informed them I was asking for the world for them to replace it. After 3 days, Wednesday night it was replaced. I won't even write to you with the issues during those 3days to FINALLY get it replaced. Then I check my balance on my room card and found an unauthorized charge of $101.50. When I spoke to the man at Customer Relations I was informed that ALL Customers are charged that fee to cover the "tips". So now I'm to pay an extra "fee" to be treated poorly and the porter who took care of my room probably did not receive $25 of it. And finally the disembarkation process. MSC needs to come up with one. What I experienced yesterday was nothing short of a major cluster ****.

This was our first time on MSC and won't be our last. The ship was beautiful, the food was quite good and the staff was excellent!

I would skip this company!! They can not complete with the luster of other lines. I thought the Laura line grace and style would still be there sadly no. This is a low level ship with too many flaws. They cut corners and it shows. I booked last minute and got what I paid for… a low cost cheap cruise that has brought the cruise lines down to low quality.

Unfortunately, for us.. and for many many other guest, the experience left a lot to be desired. Our bag was broken... with handle completely OFF. they offered us $30 ship credit. we asked for manager.. they offered us $50.. and suggested we contact our insurance company. we asked how we were supposed to get home with a bag that could not be carried or pulled. they then took us back to a room.. brought out a used suitcase.. but in good condition... we accepted it!! WHAT AN ADVENTURE!!!!!

Thank you for allowing us the opportunity to enjoy a cruise with affordable drink packages, excursions and special dining options opportunities. This line is a gem with still room for improvement we loved Dave the cruise director and assistant Jose they were phenomenal. I see the need for more affordable shopping experiences to pass the time. I did not like the Pizza, and rock hard bread rolls. The ship deserved larger pools for the amount of passengers it holds. Great music and what a phenomenal atrium top notch in design and beauty. Poor stateroom design and decor. Ocean Cay is the best. We will be back

Loved it. Was a little concerned when I saw the price but I must say I had a great experience. Have cruised on 3 other lines and everything was as good if not better than the others.

we had waited about six months for this cruise. the cruise itself was everything we had hoped for. The ship is beautiful. The staff was always helpful. i am sure we will sail on MSC again. the only question we could not get answered, was that the couple we travel on the cruises with, had received their gold card at the terminal. we have the same platinum cards from carnival, and had preregistered to have our cards upgraded, there's was and ours was not. we were sent to guest relations, but they did not offer any help at all. we have been platinum on Carnival for quite a while and was told that we did have what was needed to get the upgrade? Please advise us if we still need to fo something on this end. Thank You.

I had an issue with the placements of the signs in the buffet. I am not that tall and had a hard time reading what the food was. One of the things I picked had shrimp in it and I am highly allergic to shell fish. Went down to first aid and they didn't stock Benadryl for adults and wanted to charge me 250$ and they didn't have any in the back either. Thank goodness I brought my inhaler with and was able to counteract the problem. Benadryl should be available on board for people if they need it.

If you can roll with the problems cause by untrained crew members and a company that refuses to say I am sorry then this cruise line is good enough. 10 years ago I would have been so upset by the behavior it would have messed up my whole vacation. Instead I just lost 5 to 7 hours standing in line to fix their mistakes. I would only cruise MSC again if they were they only choice. This was our 8th or 9th cruise and our 5th different cruise line. They were by far the worse but not so bad we could not enjoy ourselves. If you are reading this and have booked already, don’t panic you can still have a good time. Just know that things will not be as good as other cruise lines but are still ok if you can let go and not harp on their shortcomings.

This is very large cruise with an outstanding personal and full itinerary of on board activities. I think the food and drinks were very good and i really recommended to anyone

One and done on MSC. This was my 30th cruise so I had a lot to compare with. Never heard the word NO on any other cruise, I did multiple times on this cruise.

We plan on giving MSC another shot but will be booking Yacht Club next time.

We had a wonderful cruise with MSC team of professionals. Truly a well organized group and fun entertainment options.

We upgraded from a Bella inside cabin to a yacht club balcony cabin. The experience was absolutely amazing. We loved everything about Yacht club, and we utilized the complimentary spa and loved the restaurant on the island. Ocean Cay is what keeps us coming back. Excited to book my next MSC cruise!

We were dissapointed. Food portions small. Ship not as nice as other 2 msc cruises we have taken.

msc was a nice cruise for us. the price was fair. and the value was there. i would and did book another cruise on this line. the food is okay if compared to rcl or celebrity or carnival ti will rate them just okay, fair food . With the bread being an exception which was what i expect from a European ship and the pizza was a little better then most. also the pasta was at most mediocre and for some reason many rated it as exceptional which wasn't my experience. the ethenic station was mostly indian no real greek or even italian quisine or french which i was expecting. i liked the fact they had foos ball and paddle ball for the kids and they had many other activities but some were extra like bowling which was very expensive and not popular. i wish they had more showing of movies in the theater that only was once on our cruise and an older movie at that. but i wish they had a showing daily. i did not see the 3 d theater but i would never pay for 3 d theater on my cruise i'll save that for my everyday life at home and not on my cruise. since they charge extra for this. i requested to have a pitcher of water delivered to my cabin cause i forgot my drink bottle and husband his a medical problem and they said they couldn't do this??? which was a disappointment.

I will absolutely book with MSC again! I can't say enough about it! The price was right. The ship was beautiful and the staff was amazing!

I totally enjoyed my vacation it was everything I expected it to be. My travel advisor provided the upmost service. She went up and beyond to take care of my travel needs. I would recommend her and will be using her services for my next vacation.
